Next is the design and estimating phase. No matter the project, you will receive a clearly defined scope of work and detailed cost break down prior to the start of construction.
For larger projects, we’ll prepare design drawings to clearly define the details and confirm the scope before construction begins. These drawings will also be utilized in the permitting process.
For smaller projects, the scope is often straightforward and can move directly to an estimate without the need for drawings.

Once the design and estimate are approved, the project moves into the construction phase. During this stage, all the planning and preparation come together as work begins on-site. We handle each step of the build with attention to detail, clear communication, and respect for your home and property.

As the project comes to a close, we take care to ensure the projects meets the agreed-upon design and quality standards. The job site is cleaned and organized so that the project is ready to use.
Before wrapping up, we conduct a final walkthrough with the client to review the completed project together. This gives us the opportunity to confirm that everything meets expectations and to address any final questions or adjustments.

Augustine Nudy, RA NCARB
Augustine Nudy is a Licensed Architect and Contractor with a passion for design and construction. A graduate of Drexel University’s Architecture program, Augustine began his career in the architectural field, developing a foundation in design, planning, and problem-solving.
His interest in the hands-on side of building eventually led him into construction, where he gained experience as a carpenter and a greater understanding of the construction process. After years of working in architecture and design, he founded the company to bridge the gap between design intent and built reality.
Today, Augustine personally oversees each project, from early concepts and drawings to on-site construction, ensuring that design decisions are practical, buildable, and aligned with the client’s goals.
